AI Chatbot Adoption by the Elderly
Independently designed and conducted a study at a Hertfordshire care home — surveying 19 residents aged 60–100 on technology habits and accessibility needs. The finding: motivation, not capability, is the primary barrier — recommending voice-controlled conversational AI as the most viable solution.
